Manchester Credit Union have partnered with Monevo and Incuto to reach a new audience of potential members. This is to help ensure the supply of affordable credit to the market, particularly in the current environment, ensuring everyone has access to affordable and responsible credit solutions. This partnership aims to fill the gap in the market by increasing the visibility of  Manchester Credit Union in the online/digital consumer credit market. 

MCU has previously tried to move into this space with another partnership, but after facing challenges with identifying the right consumers and being quickly able to update their policy rules, the project did not gather pace. When Incuto partnered with Monevo, Manchester Credit Union was keen to join the project. They have already seen great results as the partnership has helped them reach new members with different demographics to offer larger loans and gain broader recognition with the public. 

Monevo’s Partner Cloud empowers partners to manage and optimise performance in real time, making it easier for Manchester Credit Union to keep track of their progress and make adjustments as needed.

Incuto, a leading provider of digital solutions for the financial sector, played an essential role in the partnership; they have formed a relationship with Monevo and supported the integration and reporting, which has enabled Manchester Credit Union to join the project with little internal resources.

Mandy Wilcock, COO at Manchester Credit Union, said about the partnership, "Credit unions are sometimes referred to as 'Financial Services best kept secret', and we saw the partnership with Monevo as a great way to reach a new audience of potential members and help ensure the supply of affordable credit to the market. When we met with Dawn at the design stage, it was great for us; it felt like a project we were equally invested in; all parties really wanted to make this work.”
